Summers just knocked the doors and I know that how much difficult it is to workout in these temperatures. On the contrary we all know very well that to stay fit and healthy exercise and physical activities are essential part of life but doing them in hot and humid weather costs to you.
So, I am giving you some useful tips to efficiently workout in summers.
Everybody have to give your time for your fitness but the timing should be tactical. So, in the hot and humid climate try not to work out between 10 am to 3 pm as this is the hottest part of the day. Set your exercise schedule either in early morning or early evening.
Although cotton is good but try to put on loose fitting polyster/cotton blen or you can try ut the synthetic fibers that are designed for wicking during workouts.
You should drink a lot of water throughout the day but don't forget to hydrate yourself before, during and after your exercise schedule. Simply carry a bottle of water and drink it over the time.
Want a tan then its not for you!!! but never step out without sunscreen. Apply it before getting exposed direct to sun. Always wear a sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher to prevent sunburn and it is applicable on cloudy days also.
Give a break:
Having a long workout session in summers will be weary and causse fatigue to you. So, you may break up your whole session into twice a day i.e. instead of working out 60 minutes once at a time you may do it for 30 minutes in morning and evening.
